Data deletion request
This page explains how to delete your AK_top.one account data and how to revoke Google access used for Sign-In or Google Business Profile features. It applies to all platform services.
1. Delete or disconnect Google access
- Open Google Account → Third-party access and remove access for aktop.one / AK_top.one.
- If you authorised a Maps / Business Profile connection inside your AK_top.one account, cancel or end the related subscription so the reply agent stops; we then clear stored Google refresh credentials for that connection.
2. Request deletion of your AK_top.one data
- Sign in to your account when possible, or use the email address registered with us.
- Send a deletion request via https://www.aktop.one/#contact with the subject Data deletion.
- Include: full name, account email, and confirmation that you want the account and personal data deleted.
We will verify the request (to prevent abuse) and process it within a reasonable period, usually within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records for invoices, tax, fraud prevention, or other legal obligations.
3. What we delete
- Account profile fields and login credentials
- Google Sign-In identifiers linked to the account
- Google Business Profile OAuth tokens and agent connection data for your listings
- Service delivery content that is not legally required to keep
- Marketing/offers preferences tied to your email
4. What we may retain temporarily
- Invoices and payment references required for accounting or disputes
- Security logs needed to investigate abuse
- Records we are legally required to keep
Retained records are limited to what is necessary and are not used for marketing.
